Christian Traichel is a partner in the firm’s Corporate Practice Group. He focuses his practice primarily on national and cross-border M&A transactions and Joint Ventures as well as on Private Equity transactions. Christian’s clients include national and international enterprises, start-ups as well as leading major companies. He has specific experience with transactions in the Life Sciences & Healthcare sector.
Christian Traichel studied in Germany and France. He holds a doctorate (Dr. iur.) from the University of Munich (1994) and was admitted to the bar in 1996. He holds a special degree in tax law (1999). He has been serving as a lecturer at the CDTM Institute of the Universities of Munich (LMU and TU) as well as at the Munich Business School.
Christian Traichel is a member of the German Association of Corporate Law.
