Christian's practice concentrates on complex technology related transactions and strategic alliances within the IT/Technology sector. His extensive experience includes software and technology licensing, OEM, VAR and other distribution arrangements, R&D, technology transfer agreements as well as other IP driven transactions. He represents both, national and international clients ranging from start-ups to large public companies. Christian is well-known for his technology, IP and unfair competition litigation practice and has been recommended in the legal guides such as Juve or Chambers.

After having taken the French "Licence en droit" at the University of Paris in 1991, he completed both German legal state exams in Munich in 1993 and 1995. Christian joined Taylor Wessing in 1996 and graduated as Dr. jur. in Munich in 1999.

His recent list of publications includes the chapters on “Disguised Advertising” and “Media Specific Particularities” in Harte/Henning’s Commentary on Germany’s Statute of unfair competition (2nd edition 2009), on “Dispute Resolution and litigation strategies” in Lehmann/Meents “Manual for  Information technology Lawyers” (2008), and on “Software Licensing Agreements” in Berger/Wündisch’s “Copyright Contracting law”(2008). Christian is an active member of the German Society of Law and Information (DGRI), the International Technology Law Association, and of the International League of Competition law and a frequent speaker on national and international conferences.
