Bert Kimpel is a tax lawyer focussing on transactional work (M&A, real estate and restructurings), tax efficient structuring (funds, financial instruments, cross border structures) and tax driven products.
Bert Kimpel studied law at the University of Cologne. His took his doctorate degree at the Cologne Institute of Tax Law (Prof. Dr. Joachim Lang).
He started his career 2003 as a tax associate with a multinational law firm in its Dusseldorf office. From 2006 on he worked as a Senior Manager (Financial Services Tax) of a Big Four company in Dusseldorf before joining Taylor Wessing in February 2008.
He is admitted as lawyer (Rechtsanwalt), certified tax advisor (Steuerberater) and as certified tax lawyer (Fachanwalt für Steuerrecht).
