Benoît concentrates on litigation, disputes, arbitration and bankruptcy. His extensive experience includes in particular civil and commercial, intellectual property, press and liability litigations. He acts for both national and international clients ranging from start-ups to large public companies. Benoît acts primarily for major Media Entertainment and technology clients (producers, distributors, editors, actors, designers, writers...), as well as bank or financial institutions.
After having obtained a Master degree of procedure law in 1998, a "DEA" in "law of obligations" in 1999, a "Diplôme de Juriste Conseil d'Entreprises, DJCE" in 2000, a PhD in "corporate and tax law" and a specialization in "competition law" in 2000, Benoît began his career as corporate lawyer in a French law firm in 2000. Benoît joined the litigation department of Landwell (one of the "Big 4") in 2001. He joined Taylor Wessing France as from its creation in November 2003.
Benoît regularly publishes articles in general press.
