Axel Bertram is member of the Practice Group Employment Law. His main area of practice is advising companies and executives on all issues concerning individual and collective employment law, in particular on the establishment and termination of employment relationships as well as drafting employment contracts and works agreements. He further advises companies on the employment law implications of company restructuring.
Axel Bertram studied Law at the University of Bonn. He passed his First Legal State Exam in 2003 in Cologne and the Second Legal State Exam in 2006 in Düsseldorf.
