Arno is a member of the Practice Area Corporate. He specialises in advising national and international companies on M&A transactions and joint ventures as well as corporate law in general.
Arno studied law, South-East Asian studies and economics in Passau and subsequently worked as research assistant for private international law at the chair of Prof. Dr. Schurig. His thesis on European civil procedure law, published by Mohr Siebeck, was awarded a prize by the Bar Association of Munich.
As a trainee lawyer he worked in Washington, D.C., Hong Kong and Hamburg, where he passed his second legal state exam in 2009.
