Annina Boehm is member of the Practice Area General Corporate. She predominantly advises companies but also private individuals on all matters of corporate law, including the establishment and the acquisition or sale of companies as well as restructurings under the Reorganization Act. She also works at the corporate and real estate notary’s office.
Annina Boehm studied law at Freie Universitaet Berlin. In 2008, she obtained a “Master of Laws” (LL.M.) from Victoria University of Wellington, New Zealand. After her practical training in Berlin and Vancouver she was admitted to the bar in 2010 and has since worked at our Berlin office.
Annina, a native German speaker, also speaks English and French.
