Annekatrin Neuhaus – Associate

Annekatrin is member of the Practice Group Intellectual Property. She gives advice on all contentious and non-contentious aspects of trade marks, designs, domain names and unfair competition law.

In 2001 she passed her first legal state examination at University of Cologne. During her legal training (Referendariat) she worked with a law firm in Sydney providing business law advice. After passing her second legal state examination she was admitted to the bar in 2004 and worked in a major international law firm in Cologne. She advised leading media, telecoms and IT enterprises on strategic and operational matters, including regulatory issues as well as media, copyright and data protection law. Annekatrin joined Taylor Wessing in 2007. 

Annekatrin is a member of the German Association of Intellectual Property and Copyright Law (GRUR e.V.)

Annekatrin is a native German speaker and is fluent in English.
