Anke Bauermeister works in all areas of corporate and commercial law. As a member of the Corporate Practice Department, she represents clients in court and out-of-court disputes and advises on contracts and transactions.
Anke studied law in Rostock. She passed her legal state exams in 2005 and 2007. During her practical legal training she also studied international management at Rostock university, where she earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree. Anke thereafter studied international commercial law, finishing with a Master of Law (LL.M.) degree. She is admitted to the German bar and joined the Berlin office in December 2007. Her doctor’s thesis deals with a topic of corporate law.
