Andrea Kürten is a member of the Practice Area Commercial Agreements. She advises national and international companies on purchasing and distribution (e-commerce, commercial agency, authorised dealers). Her areas of practice comprise the structuring of distribution systems and purchase and supply relationships, advising on all issues of daily business and the representation of clients in legal disputes. Her clients include companies from technology-oriented enterprises and companies from the automotive and automotive supply sectors.

After having studied law in Rostock and Coventry (UK) Andrea passed her first legal state exam in 2006. From 2006 to 2009 she was a research assistant to the Chair of German, European and International Employment Law and Civil Law at Ludwig-Maximilians-University of Munich. In 2011 she sat the second legal state exam in Munich. Andrea joined Taylor Wessing in 2011.
