Andrea Hermanni has a long standing experience in real estate law. Inter alia she advises her clients in all matters with respect to real estate transactions, real property and equivalent rights, commercial leases and facility management. One of her main practice areas is project development. She advises project developers with regard to the securing of properties required to realise projects and the lease of rentable areas as well as the later real estate transaction. The projects she advises on are mainly shopping centres, factory outlet centres, specialised trade centres as well as miscellaneous retail areas, but also offices spaces. Her practice does also include asset and facility management of existing commercial properties. Andrea Hermanni further advises initiators and investors of closed-end real estate funds, and represents funds in the enforcement of their claims.
After studying law at the University of Cologne she passed her legal training also in Cologne focussing on civil and business law. Following her second legal exam, she was admitted to the bar and joined the Düsseldorf office of Wessing in 1999.
