Alf Aretz – Partner

Alf Aretz is a partner at Taylor Wessing. He specializes in national and international commercial law and employment law including M& A and commercial litigation. He advises manufacturers and distributors in the food and drink industry as well as IT companies and advertising agencies. He is particularly experienced in the establishment and restructuring of distribution systems. Alf also advises companies and individuals on executive employment and termination, including directors' and officers' liability.

Alf studied Law in Frankfurt.and Georgetown, Washington D.C. and qualified in 1977.

He is member of the European Employment Lawyers' Association and he is a delegate of the World Law Group.
