Alexander Peinze specialises in property transactions, building projects and commercial property leasing. He drafts sale and leasing contracts, construction contracts and agreements with architects as well as other property-related contracts. He advises on property financing issues such as leasing and the financing of property transactions. He also represents clients in the conduct of property and construction litigation.
Alexander Peinze passed his First State Examination in 1998 and the Second State Examination in 2002. He was awarded his doctorate at the University of Hannover in 2001 with a thesis entitled "International Copyright Law in Germany and England".
Alexander's native language is German and he also speaks fluent English.
