Alexander Köpfler is a member of the Practice Area Planning & Environment.
He advises in transactions related to properties and in the creation of building law within the frame of the project development. Particularly, this focus includes the legal advise in zoning plan procedures and the advice on the conclusion of city development contracts with respect to the settlement of various projects. The spectrum starts with large scale retail facilities over amusement parks and logistics properties to open area photovoltaic systems. Within the frame of the transactions related to properties, a focus is on the defence of the decision to execute pre-emption rights and the security of existing building law against potential amendments of law.
Alexander completed his first legal state exam in Gießen in 2004. Afterwards, he graduated as Dr. jur. in Bayreuth. After his second legal exam in 2008 he started at Taylor Wessing in Düsseldorf.
