- A sale and leaseback transaction involving over 190 properties and a total consideration of £250 million
- The sale of two shopping centres for a combined consideration of approximately £125 million
- The negotiation of a development agreement with The Corporation of London to facilitate the development of an office building in the City of London
- The development, letting and subsequent sale of distribution/warehouse units on a major distribution park in the South West of England
