Adriane Gullo is a member of the Corporate practice group. She specializes in corporate law and mainly advises on corporation-specific issues. One focus of her work being the advising of listed companies on general shareholders' meetings and issues of stock market and capital market law. Besides acting as legal counsel she also represents companies in court, for example in actions for rescission and other specific corporate disputes.
Her studies in Passau, Bologna, Italy and Munich were focused on Corporate Law. Adriane Gullo passed her First Legal State Exam in 2003. Subsequently she wrote her doctor's thesis in the field of Business Mediation and worked as an academic freelancer in our Munich Office as well as a jurist in Vienna, Austria.
During her practical training in the district of the Court of Appeals of Munich Adriane Gullo worked in our Munich Office in the Practice Group Corporate Law, M&A, Corporate Finance and was also seconded to law firms in Vienna and New York.
Adriane, a native German speaker, is fluent in English and has a sound knowledge of Italian.
