Christian Stuhlmann is a partner in the firm’s Berlin office. His practice focuses on business transactions (including cross border M&A transactions and international joint ventures). He advises leading European institutional investors. Christian’s practice encompasses also corporate dispute resolution (litigation and arbitration).
Christian studied Law at the University of Göttingen. After his First Legal State Exam in 1997 he submitted his Doctorate in December 2000. He also worked as a private lecturer in Civil Law, Commercial and Corporate Law. After having served traineeships at buecher.de and Planet Internet, he passed his Second Legal State Exam in Berlin in May 2001.
He speaks German and English.
