Global IP Index 2011

Taylor Wessing’s Global Intellectual Property Index (GIPI) was launched in May 2008 and provided the first comprehensive assessment of how the IP regimes of 22 important jurisdictions compare with each other. GIPI 3 2011 covers 24 jurisdictions with each being rated in respect of obtaining, exploiting, enforcing and attacking the main types of IP rights.
