We advise on product liability issues arising in a wide range of industry sectors, giving advice on commercial matters such as product instructions and packaging through to advice on insurance coverage and product recall procedures. We advise on preventative measures and also on claims that have occurred. We also have experience of acting in "mass tort" claims and other multi-party litigation, for both Claimants and Defendants.
