Rhouna Li – Associate

Rhouna is a member of the Practice Areas Corporate and Tax. She is advising medium-sized enterprises as well as multi-nationals on their business activities in China. She has specific experience in Foreign Direct Investment such as market entry, establishment of Foreign Invested Enterprises, corporate restructuring, as well as tax. She advises clients from various industries, such as energy, steel, manufacturing and trading.

Rhouna graduated from Guangdong University of Foreign Studies in 2004. In 2005 she obtained a LL.M. from the University of Warwick, UK. Prior to joining Taylor Wessing Beijing office she had been working for almost 6 years in a well-known big-four accounting firm, as well as a top tier domestic law firm. In 2007 she was admitted to the Chinese bar.

She has published several articles in professional journals with a focus on tax in China.

Rhouna is a native Chinese speaker (Mandarin) and fluent in English.
