Liang is a member of Taylor Wessing’s Corporate practice group. He assisted
multinational clients on their business operation in China. In addition to
the issues relating to foreign direct investment and merger & acquisition,
Liang has specific experience in handling the antitrust cases, in
particular, preparing the merger control notification report and
memorandum in relation to the anti-competitive behaviours and the abuse
of a dominant market position.
 
Liang received his LLB degree and LLM degree from Jiangsu University and
University of Hertfordshire in 2003 and 2005 respectively. He passed
the judicial examination of China in 2003. Prior to joining Taylor
Wessing Shanghai office, he worked for a well-known UK law firm in
Shanghai.

Liang has published several articles in professional journals with a focus
on the development of the China's Anti-monopoly Law.

Liang is a native Chinese speaker and fluent in English.
