As a member of the Practice Area Employment in the Düsseldorf office, Guido specializes in providing legal advice on and representation for all aspects of individual and collective labour law and certain related legal fields, including social security law. His areas of expertise are temporary employment law and insolvency employment law. Guido's practice includes negotiating and drafting employment and other contracts, litigating employment matters and advising clients on employment termination matters, restructuring and redundancies and employment aspects of outsourcing.
Guido studied law at the Universities of Freiburg and Münster. He passed the German legal state examinations in 1999 and 2002 and was admitted to the Düsseldorf Bar in 2002. He worked for the law firm Andres ∙ Schneider, which specializes in receivership and insolvency law, from 2002 to 2005. After working in the Düsseldorf office of Kleiner Rechtsanwälte from 2005 to 2010, Guido joined Taylor Wessing in January 2011.
Guido was admitted as specialist lawyer in employment law in 2010. He is a member of the „Arbeitsgemeinschaft Arbeitsrecht im Deutschen AnwaltVerein“ and of the „Arbeitsgemeinschaft Insolvenzrecht und Sanierung im Deutschen AnwaltVerein“.
Guido, a native German speaker, is fluent in English.
