Taylor Wessing's January 2009 report, Behind the Green Façade, then the most comprehensive survey of its kind, examined attitudes to sustainability across the UK development industry.

In conjunction with the British Property Federation and Spada, Taylor Wessing has since undertaken a further survey of the industry's approach to this area. The survey was constructed using a specifically targeted database of over 7,000 individuals, including all members of the British Property Federation.

The resulting report, Hitting the Green Wall ... and Beyond, examines and assesses the progress of the industry in building sustainable foundations.
