The Dispute Resolution and Arbitration Group provide a complete range of international and domestic dispute resolution services. The team are also experienced in providing support services to clients involved in litigation or enforcement proceedings in the UAE courts, liaising with local advocates as required.
One of our Consultants, Jeremy Key, is an arbitrator listed with the Dubai International Arbitration Centre. Peter Shaw, also a Consultant in the Dubai office, is a fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, a trained mediator listed by the Technology and Construction Law and Vice-Chairman of the UAE Society of Construction Law. Peter has full membership of the Dubai International Arbitration Centre.
