The team have experience of running cases in England and in Courts overseas dealing with matters such as attacking or defending asset protection trusts, dealing with challenges to succession and testamentary capacity, breach of trust allegations, Court applications for an account and inquiry of the administration of a trust or estate, and dealing with Court applications for rectification, rescission or the use of Hastings-Bass principles to reverse trustee mistakes.
