We have acted on some of the largest and most significant insolvencies involving pension schemes in Europe.
These range from frauds on pension schemes, where we have acted for the independent trustee to recover scheme assets, to insolvencies of sponsoring employers triggered by its debt to the pension scheme.
The Group works alongside Taylor Wessing's pensions specialists and assists insolvency practitioners, directors, trustees and independent trustees amongst others in relation to the complex issues faced in such scenarios.
