Customs Law in Germany
Our Tax group supports you in all customs law issues in connection with imports and exports. This includes the classification of goods in the combined nomenclature as well as assistance with customs declarations.
We advise on obtaining the status of an Authorized Economic Operator (AEO) and on the transfer of goods through specific customs procedures (i.e. bonded warehouse, use and processing).
We support our clients in customs examinations, concluding discussions and administrative proceedings on appeal and legal disputes including proceedings before the European Court of Justice.
