Construction Finance
The group addresses the construction and engineering law aspects of property acquisition and development finance for banks, property developers and investors. The group prepares construction and engineering contracts to meet third party funders' requirements, where acting for developers or occupiers, and reports on the preparation by others of such contracts, where acting for clients providing finance.
