We provide day-to-day advice to our clients on meeting the demands imposed by the UK, German and French regulatory regimes as they continue to evolve rapidly and the burden of regulation continues to grow. We also represent our clients in dealings and negotiations with the FSA and other authorities.
In addition to our highly experienced financial services specialists, the Financial Services and Funds group includes a focus group of key players from practice groups around the firm who have experience in advising members of the financial services industry.
This enables us to provide clients with an all-round service which takes into account requirements specific to the financial services industry, whether the advice involves employment, tax, disciplinary and enforcement or other issues.
