Our approach is concentrated and we thoroughly prepare ourselves for court proceedings well in advance. This includes the task of actively avoiding court proceedings altogether. We specialise in warranty claims, compensation claims and construction law claims. Our lawyers have a high reputation as arbitrators and legal representatives. At an international level we are one of a small number of firms to have represented clients before the European Court of Justice in Luxembourg and we are familiar with the procedures in Brussels.
We represent our clients before the financial and tax authorities. We offer support on tax procedures at all levels including in tax law proceedings before the administrative courts. We support companies with ongoing contact with the tax authorities, we also prepare applications for the interpretation of tax law and other tax law briefs.
We carry out inspections of accounts and other tax documentation in the context of our transactional advice and also for the purpose of limiting the tax risks and for the formulation of effective and favourable solutions. The subject of inspection can be a certain tax calculation or the calculation of public duties within a certain time period. The tax inspections are carried out by specialist with years of experience and expertise in the field.
Our lawyers represent creditors in national and international insolvency and settlement proceedings in order to secure a favourable financial result. Likewise we represent debtors in the introduction and implementation of settlement proceedings. We manage the negotiations and assist with the reconcilement of the creditors. We prepare all necessary documentation as well as any restructuring plans and advise on the offer for the sale of assets from the bankrupt’s estate.
