How to Deal With Employees in Cross Border M&A Transactions
Tackling cross-border M&A transactions is often a challenging task that requires the parties involved to make decisions on complex questions within a short time frame. This program will give participants an overview of some of the most important employment issues arising from cross-border M&A transactions, including those relating to the due diligence process, transfer of employees, pre- and post-transaction restructurings, the roll-over or introduction of incentive schemes, introduction of restrictive covenants, and related topics.
