Will is an equity capital markets partner in our Financial Institutions & Markets Group. He has extensive experience in public and private M&A and equity capital markets. As well as broad transaction experience, Will also brings his experience of working across a wide range of industries including technology, healthcare, telecoms, mining, commodities and financial institutions. Transactions on which Will has acted include advising:
- A consortium led by Goldman Sachs on its recommended bid for BAA.
- Merrill Lynch on a joint venture with InterOil.
- Weetabix on its takeover by Hicks Muse.
- RHM on its takeover by Premier Foods.
Educated at the University of Durham and Guildford College of Law, Will joined Taylor Wessing in November 2008 from Milbank, Tweed, Hadley & McCloy LLP.
