Ulrike Staats joined the firm's Frankfurt Office as associate in April 2007. She is a member of the Practice Area Banking and Finance. Ulrike advises German and international banks, companies and financial institutions especially in the field of banking law and finance transactions. In particular, she advises on a broad range of financing transactions relating to real estate finance, project finance and acquisition finance. She focuses on transactions in the Renewable Energy sector.
She passed the two German state examinations in 2004 and 2006. At SaarlandUniversity she also obtained her degree as a “Diplom-Wirtschaftsjuristin” in 2004. Ulrike received her legal traineeship at the German University of Administrative Science and worked with law firms in Saarbrücken and Sydney, Australia.
Ulrike, a native German speaker, is fluent in English.
