Thomas Fehrenbach is a member and German head of the Practice Area Real Estate.
He is specialised in property law including the private building law for more than 15 years. He has specific expertise in contract consultation and execution of major projects. With his expertise he covers the fields of project development and project control, of commercial tenancy and property law as well as of building contract law including architects law and engineer law. In addition to long lasting contract practice Thomas Fehrenbach can look back on substantial experience in the supervision of intricate court proceedings. Moreover, he advises national and international investors in real estate and real estate portfolio transactions.
