Dr. Tessa Schoof – Partner

Tessa Schoof is specialised in commercial distribution law, namely in distributorships, commercial agencies and franchises as well as in advising retail concepts, such as shop-in-shop and concession agreements. Moreover, she advises numerous companies on establishing new distribution channels, e.g. in connection with joint ventures or corporate reorganisations. She represents both national and international clients and a main focus of her practice is advising clients from the textile and fashion industry.

She passed both German legal state exams in Hamburg in 1993 and 1997. Tessa joined Taylor Wessing in 1998 and graduated as Dr. jur. in 1999.

Tessa, a native German speaker, is fluent in English.
