Sören is a member of our Corporate practice group. He advises clients on business transactions, restructuring measures, joint ventures as well as on the day-to-day business in the area of corporate law.
Sören studied law at the universities of Passau und Münster, where he also completed a foreign law and language degree programme in English und Spanish. In 2006 he took his First State Exam before the Higher Regional Court of Hamm. During his legal traineeship he worked for the German Embassy in Madrid, Spain, and for a major international corporate law firm in New York and Düsseldorf. After completion of his Second State Exam 2008 he began his career as a lawyer for that law firm, before he joined our Hamburg office in April 2010.
Sören is a native German speaker but is also fluent in English and has advanced knowledge of the Spanish language.
