Sally Annereau – Data Protection Analyst

Sally is a data protection analyst in the London office of Taylor Wessing. She has over 16 years experience of providing advice on data protection and wider regulatory issues governing the way in which businesses use information. Sally has worked previously for six years at the Information Commissioner's Office, which enforces both Data Protection and Freedom of Information law, in addition to data protection compliance roles within the broadcasting, direct marketing and professional services industries.

Sally regularly presents and contributes to various publications on data protection and Freedom of Information. In particular:

• Sally co-presents the Direct Marketing Association's Data Protection Compliance Award.
• Sally has contributed a chapter to the Law Society Data Protection Handbook.
• Sally is the co-author of the data protection chapter for Sweet & Maxwell's Practical Commercial Precedents publication.

Sally is also recognised in Chambers 2009 as an 'Associate to watch' and is "renowned for her 'calm and systematic' style".
