Qun Huang – Partner

Qun Huang concentrates on corporate law, commercial law and M&A. He advises international, especially Chinese companies on legal aspects related to their business activities in Germany, particularly regarding the establishment of enterprises and M&A transactions.

Qun Huang studied law at the university in Saarbrücken, Germany. After having taken the Title "Lizentiat des Rechts" in 1997, he worked from 1999 to 2004 at a renowned international law firm. During that time he completed both German legal state exams in Cologne and Düsseldorf.
