Philippa advises offshore and onshore trustees and individuals on estate planning and the preservation of wealth, particularly through the use of trusts and bespoke investment structures. Her legal specialisations include trusts and estates, tax – international, bespoke investment structures for trustees and individuals and The Family Office.
Philippa is Vice President of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners and is also a member of the Society of Authors and of the Charity Law Association.
Philippa is 'commended for her knowledge of bespoke investment structures' - Chambers 2009.
In addition to be editor and co-author of "Know-How for Trust and Estate Practitioners" (FT Law & Tax), Philippa has published four novels: Mzungu's Wife and Looking Out (both Bodley Head/Coronet), Waiting for the Sea to be Blue and Heat of the Moment (Orion). Another novel is on its way.
