Philipp Linkens is member of the Practice Area Corporate. He advises German and international businesses on corporate issues, including inter alia general corporate structuring, business acquisitions and transformations, management issues and corporate disputes.
Philipp studied law in Munich and Cologne. In the course of his training he worked at the European Commission in Brussels, at the German Mission to the UN in Vienna, for the German Federal Commissioner for Data Protection in Bonn and at a leading German business law firm in Dusseldorf. He was admitted to the bar in 2010 and has been with Taylor Wessing ever since. In 2008, he received a master’s degree in business law (LL.M. oec.) with specialization in business management from the University of Cologne. He is doing his doctorate at the chair of civil law, commercial and corporate law, employment law and development of European private law at the University of Cologne. He is member of the Berlin Chamber of Lawyers (Rechtsanwaltskammer Berlin).
Philipp, a native German speaker, is fluent in English and speaks French as well.
