Philipp is a member of the Practice Area Corporate in our Hamburg Office. He focuses on M&A transactions, general corporate housekeeping and corporate litigation.
After completing a degree in administrative law (civil service) Philipp studied law at the Universities of Hannover and Göttingen. Afterwards he gained his doctorate in the field of collective labour law. While carrying out his legal traineeship Philipp spent several months in an international law firm in Hamburg and London. He joined Taylor Wessing in 2011 after passing his second legal state exam in Hamburg.
In addition to his native German, Philipp is fluent in English and has a basic knowledge of French.
