Paul is a Real Estate partner specialising in property investment (particularly for overseas investors), property finance, charities and local authorities.
Representative work includes:
- acting for private Irish clients of BDO Simpson Xavier on the acquisition and subsequent disposal of a significant property in Oxford Street London WC1;
- advising Middle Eastern clients on the disposal of a significant office block in Victoria;
- acting for private Irish clients of Goodbody Stockbrokers on the acquisition and development of a £100m+ building adjacent to the Bank of England;
- acting for AIK (a German Fund) on an acquisition in the City of London;
- acting for an NHS Charity in respect of its £100m+ property portfolio; and
- acting for Bank of Ireland on transactions including the refinancing of a significant property in Oxford Street London WC1.
Educated at the University of Manchester LLB (Hons) he qualified in 1994. Paul works regularly with our international offices. He speaks French and Spanish.
