Norman Röchert is member of Taylor Wessing's Practice Area Corporate and specialises in stock and capital markets law as well as in M&A. He has gained substantial experience in advising publicly traded and medium-sized companies in the areas of corporate law, predominantly stock and capital markets law, and in M&A transactions, in particular in the area of venture capital.
Norman studied law at the University of Leipzig and the University of Cape Town, South Africa. He completed his requisite legal training with an recognized German law firm in Frankfurt/Main. In 2007 he received his LL.M. degree (commercial law) at the University of Cape Town. Norman obtained his doctorate in civil and capital markets law at the University of Leipzig in 2011.
In 2005 he was admitted to the German bar. In 2007 he joined Taylor Wessing in Berlin. He is member of the German-South African Lawyers Association.
Norman, a native German speaker, is fluent in English.
