Dr. Nina Court-Coumont – Associate

Nina is a member of the Practice Area Restructuring and Corporate Recovery. She specialises in advice and litigation in the areas of insolvency law and corporate law for insolvency administrators and companies.  

Nina studied Law at the University of Cologne. She passed her first State Exam in 2004. Between 2004 – 2007 she worked as a graduate assistant at the University of Cologne. She wrote her doctorate in 2007 and passed her second State Exam in 2009. Subsequently she worked as an in-house counsel in the legal department of the Mediengruppe M. DuMont Schauberg GmbH & Co. KG. In 2009 Nina was admitted to the Bar and joined the Düsseldorf office of Taylor Wessing in 2010.  

Nina speaks German and English.
