Neil White – Partner

Neil specialises in construction and civil engineering with particular expertise in the construction aspects of financing and procuring developments and infrastructure projects.

His substantial project experience extends to the energy sector (where Neil has advised on wind power projects, incineration and combined heat and power plants), airport infrastructure, bridges, docks and roads.  Neil has recently advised on the demolition and reconstruction of Bishops Bridge, adjacent to Paddington Station and on major town centre redevelopments in Barking and Hounslow, as well on all the construction requirements for Hotel du Vin, Malmaison Hotels and Kew Green Hotels. He has also advised on the construction of a sugar refinery in the Middle East, a bespoke training centre for a major car manufacturer and Audi's new UK headquarters.

Neil has extensive experience of dispute resolution in the construction industry and is advising Bath and North East Somerset Council on disputes arising from the Bath Spa Millennium Project. He is an accredited mediator. He is a Member of the Society of Construction Law and is listed in the Legal 500 and Chambers as an expert in construction.
