Neil Smyth – Partner

Neil is a partner in the Reconstruction & Corporate Recovery Group and specialises in all forms of non-contentious and contentious corporate and personal insolvency matters, including corporate restructuring. 

He attained higher rights of audience in September 2002 and was listed as one of seven "Associates to Watch" and a "Leader" in the Restructuring/Insolvency Section in Chambers 2006. 

Neil acts primarily for Insolvency Practitioners, but also represents corporate and personal clients on all aspects of insolvency matters and has given client seminars on a variety of topics, including legal updates and retention of title.
