Monica practices general corporate and commercial law, which includes advising clients on the formation of companies in Dubai and the Free Zones, general commercial contracts, asset and share purchase transactions and due diligence investigations.
Monica studied law at Dalhousie University in Halifax, Nova Scotia, Canada and is a member of the Law Society of Alberta. She completed her training and practiced for 2 additional years with a Canadian law firm, where she focused on corporate, commercial and banking matters. Prior to law school, Monica spent several years as a Corporate Legal Assistant, where she assisted companies in establishing a presence in the various federal and provincial jurisdictions in Canada.
