Mark is a member of the Practice Area Corporate. Mark specializes in transactions often in the TMT sector. He also advises in outsourcing and commercial agreements. Mark has extensive experience advising corporates, banks and private equity funds in acquisitions, disposals, mergers and joint ventures.
Mark is admitted to the German bar since 1995. Mark was a partner in a leading US law and thereafter nine years a partner in magic circle firm before he joined Taylor Wessing as a partner in 2009.
Mark has published several articles in professional journals with a focus on communications and outsourcing. He is inter alia an author in “International Outsourcing Law and Practise” and a lecturer in “Contract Drafting “at the University of Hamburg. Mark is recommended as leading in several journals is the section “TMT transactional”.
