Marc-Oliver Kurth is member of the Practice Department Corporate specialising in capital markets and M&A work. Marc-Oliver's expertise lies predominantly in mergers and acquisitions and stock/capital market transactions for public companies. He has worked on numerous IPOs and other capital market transactions, advising both issuers and banks, trade sales and joint ventures. His clients include publicly traded and medium-sized companies within Germany, as well as international corporations and investors.
Before joining Taylor Wessing Marc-Oliver worked with a medium-sized law firm, since 2004 as a partner.
Marc-Oliver studied law at the Freie University of Berlin and the University of Sydney (LL.M.). He was admitted to the German bar in 1998. He is author of various publications on stock corporation and capital markets law.
