Maraike Ruhe – Associate

Maraike Ruhe is member of the Practice Group Real Estate. Her main area of practice is advising and procuring companies on all areas of construction and real estate law. She accompanies property transactions and advises clients in project developments, including architects` and engineer law, building contract law and commercial tenancy law.

Maraike Ruhe studied law at the Universities of Hamburg and Münster and received her law Degree in 2001. Afterwards she started to write her dissertation on a German and European sales law issue. During this time she worked for a law firm in Düsseldorf concentrating on building law. After her second German legal state exam in March 2007 she joined the Düsseldorf office of Taylor Wessing in May 2007.

In addition to her native language German, she is fluent in English and speaks French as well.
